    Community Associate

    The Opportunity

    As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers from various industries to create and maintain your own community within your center. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and support services to your customers, allowing them to focus on running their businesses.

    A Typical Day at IWG

    Your day will begin a few minutes before your center opens, ensuring everything is ready and that the cleaners have completed their tasks.

    Throughout the morning, customers will arrive, each requiring different levels of assistance. You may be asked to reset a WiFi code, confirm the arrival of an important package, or help a customer locate a meeting room and set up a projector. You will also need to manage incoming calls, ensure that all services are properly charged, and handle any technical issues that may arise.

    As the day progresses, you will continue to provide support to your customers, helping them with printing, invoices, and other needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment, handling any complaints or concerns, and working collaboratively with the Community Manager to organize events and activities within your center.

    About You

    We are looking for someone who is able to multitask effectively, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess:

    - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)

    - A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability in fast-paced environments

    - Proficiency in using MS Office and basic IT equipment

    - B1 or higher level of English communication skills
