Position is in Tijuana Baja California at different facilities/Contractors

Must own a car, the gasoline, service and driver's license to be fully paid by Employer

Intermediate level of English

Are you a highly driven professional with experience in inventory control, shipping, and receiving on a large scale? The team member we are looking for needs to demonstrate a high level of customers service, problem solving, computer, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include ensuring the daily processing of shipments and receipts through ERP, working with production, warehouse, and accounting to reconcile inventories, incoming and outbound shipments while working along the receiving and shipping team.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Assist and work cohesively with all departmental team members to coordinate and process inbound and outbound shipments.
Identifies inventory errors and investigates count discrepancies.
Scheduling cycle counts as needed to maintain system integrity.
Review defective products and schedule returns to the supplier as needed.
Communicates to production promptly and accurately any discrepancies overages, shortages, additions, or adjustments to purchase orders.
Participate in physical inventory preparations, on site counting and reconciling.
Responsible for updating item conversions, transfers, and inventory adjustments in a timely manner.
Flexibility in accepting new duties and aiding coworkers is expected.
