    In your role you will:

    • Design, build, integrate, monitor, and handle Power BI environments (or other data management tools) and premium capacities in accordance with best practices and legal and regulatory requirements
    • Responsible for Power BI tenant and capacity settings, workspaces, datasets and refreshes, data integration
    • Develop in Power Bi (Or Other data Management tools) operational day to day informative dashboards for the daily decision making of the operation
    • Standardize the use of information through Power Bi (Or Other Data management tool) at the Reynosa campus
    • Works closely across teams to understand quality and performance improvement agendas and corresponding data and analytics needs and recommends appropriate solutions
    • Translates business requirements into databases, data warehouses, and data streams.
    • Interfaces with other teams in IT to ensure the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments are up to date, backed up, and able to sustain encouraged growth in the future
    • Identifies internal and external data sources to establish data pipelines and works with product owners to efficiently retrieve data
    • Develops new data models and implements tables and supporting objects in the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) database
    • Assists with populating, automating, and maintaining metadata to make the EDW easier to navigate and to facilitate good data governance practices
    • Knowledge using Microsoft Azure/Synapse/Power BI, Tabloid, Epic EHR, Workday, SAP, JDE among others
    • Ensure appropriate security measures are in place to secure company data in Power BI. This includes setting up access controls, crafting data security policies, and implementing encryption
    • Lead data gateways and connections. Setting up and upgrading of gateways, creation of connections, supervising gateway performance, and resolving gateway related issues
    • Partner with business and technical decision makers to understand requirements and present a shared technical and architectural vision to improve the benefit of Power BI and the Power Platform as a whole.

    About you

    • 2 Years Min hands-on experience in deploying and leading Power BI Premium in an environment with a large number of users, including leading users, apps, workspaces, and data gateways
    • A proficient understanding of Power BI security capabilities (access control, data row-level security, use of roles to control sharing, publishing, data export)
    • Experience with data modelling, data integration, data visualisation, and ETL processes.
    • Strong English language skills is a must
    • Wiliness to work in a manufacturing environment operation for the knowledge of the process and the development of the data collection systems based on the operations needs
    • Other data collection and customize systems experience is a plus (SQL)
