Work activities:

  • Review and interpret resident account ledgers.
  • Review, interpret and enforce each Client's Collection Policy.
  • Work with thirdparty attorney offices to coordinate payments.
  • Manage/track Bank Foreclosures
  • Establish payment plans with residents as approved by the Client or Attorney.
  • Processing returned checks from Lockbox (NSF/Stop payments).

Monday - Friday 8 am

  • 5 pm CST.

Minimum requirements

  • Around 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills in English.
  • Strong administrative skills
