The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.

We are currently looking for a Sr Accounting Payroll Analyst

What you can expect:

Day to day Mexico payroll operations.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance to internal control and statutory legislation.
Coordinate with local service providers and regional staff regarding payroll data.
Ensure reconciliation of payroll versus accounting.
Ensure compliance with the payment of social security, payroll taxes.
Respond to external/internal requests for information and support delivery of reports within scope.

You and your assets

Bachelor's degree on: Accounting or Administration
35 years of payroll experience in the Mexico process.
Soft Skills: Analytical Skills, Resilience, sense of ownership and urgency, team player.
Hard Skills: Strong payroll experience with local legislation (ISR, ISN, IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT) knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies.
Advanced English level
