主な業務内容:

クライアントの目標を達成するためのペイド・ソーシャル・メディア戦略の立案
LINE、Instagram、TikTok、LinkedInなどのSNSでの有料広告キャンペーンの実施
キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを測定し、改善の機会を特定して最適化
クライアント向けのレポート、調査、プレゼンテーションの作成
キャンペーンのインサイトの共有を含めたクライアントとの会議の主導
他部門のディレクターやマネージャーと連携し、スムーズな業務遂行をサポート
チームおよびクライアントに対して、ソーシャルメディアトレーニングを提供

必要なスキル・資格:

英語と日本語の流暢なスキル（いずれも読み書き、会話）
LINE、Meta、TikTok、LinkedIn広告のいずれかに関する2年以上の有料広告キャンペーンの運用経験
Excelなどを使用してスプレッドシートを管理し、データを処理する能力
クライアントとの長期的な関係を築き、ビジネスに価値を提供することを重視する姿勢
問題に直面した際に、適切な関係者と協力して、実行可能な解決策を見出す能力
プロセスの洗練と自動化を模索し、実行する意欲
