What do you get to do in this position?

• Works on daily and long term problems/projects using manufacturing and Schneider Production System (SPS) tools to resolve issues

• Supports new product development projects, determines cost estimates.

• Supports Fabrication process on main barriers related on tooling, machines, fixtures , equipment and maintenance.

• Capital expenditure proposals for new projects or process improvements .

• Apply e ight types of waste to Improve process.

• Develops process, safety, ergonomic, and material handling improvement solutions trough lean manufacturing tools.

• Serves manufacturing operations as KEY SUPPORT person leading resolutions to problems, implementing improvement.

• L eading projects to completion, Tools & equipment, Lay-out process documentation (Work instructions, PFMEA, Control Plan etc ).

• Contribute to the Global Smart Factory Strategy by implementing the latest technology (Augmented Reality, Data Analytics, IoT, Paperless, digital Twin, Blockchain)

Qualifications - External

This job might be for you if:

• Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering, IIA, IMA, IME, IM

• Fabrication process experience (Punching, bending, welding, paint)

• Kitting & replenishment process Knowledge

• KAIZEN BLITZ & VSM Projects execution

• AUTOCAD Management

• Communication, self-motivation, proactivity and leadership initiative

• Relevant experience preferred +4 years
