The Role:

What you will do:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the fullcycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from hiring managers, and extending job offers.
Continuously improve the recruiting process by providing feedback and implementing best practices.
Build and maintain a pipeline of toptier talent to support future hiring needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and programming languages.
Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting toptier technology talent.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
