Job summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be: Equipment Installation & Maintenance Execution Assist in the setup installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Monitor equipment performance and report anomalies or potential failures Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs Support calibration and validation processes as required Facility Support Perform routine inspections of building systems HVAC electrical plumbing etc Ensure the facility is clean organized and compliant with operational standards Support utilities management and basic infrastructure troubleshooting Safety & Compliance Strictly follow enforce safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout LOTO PPE usage emergency procedures Participate in safety audits risk assessments incident investigations Maintain compliance with local corporate safety regulations Promote a culture of safety continuous improvement among peers contractors Collaboration & Communication Work closely with engineering EHS operations teams during equipment installation facility setup Provide feedback suggestions improve maintenance procedures safety practices Communicate effectively supervisors team members regarding work status issues Requirements Technical degree Electromechanical Electrical Mechanical Industrial Maintenance electronic Experience desirable Safety training certifications OSHA LOTO highly desirable Theoretical practical training critical disciplines for maintenance execution 5+ years experience facility equipment maintenance preferably manufacturing environment Hands-on experience equipment installation troubleshooting Familiarity safety systems regulatory compliance 3 years interpreting blueprints schematics Preventive corrective maintenance building equipment Compressors Electrical Substations Air Conditioning Lighting Hydropneumatics Our Culture Commitment You At Emerson prioritize workplace every employee valued respected empowered grow Foster environment encourages innovation collaboration diverse perspectives great ideas come great teams Commitment ongoing career development inclusive culture ensures you have support thrive Whether mentorship training leadership opportunities invest success make lasting impact We believe diverse teams working together key driving growth delivering business results We recognize importance employee wellbeing Prioritize providing competitive benefits plans medical insurance Employee Assistance Program resource groups recognition flexible time off plans vacation holiday leave
