    We are currently searching for a
    SAP SuccessFactors Consultant:


    Responsibilities:
    Own and ensure
    SAP SuccessFactorsconfigurations are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project andBAU(Business as Usual) requirements.
    Govern and provide guidance to the team for configuration delivery.
    Work with project andBAUteams for issue resolutions.
    Manage vendor relationships, monitor delivery, ensure metric compliance, and overall customer satisfaction.

    Act as a liaison to the Business, serving as a single point of contact for IT Service Delivery and Technology groups.

    Plan and manage Support Budget for Hosting, Software, and Configuration.
    Handle project intake and demand management.
    Manage high-priority support tickets, attend to escalations, and provide 24/7 on-call support.
    Oversee
    SAP SuccessFactorsproject lifecycle implementation and integrations.
    Collaborate in a corporate IT environment with multiple disciplines to deliver projects aligned with customer needs.
    Work within a corporate IT environment in the Operational/Support Service Management role meeting ITIL framework.
    Review technical program/code concerning
    SAP SuccessFactors Configuration responsibilities.


    Requirements:
    7+ years of engineering/developmentexperienceutilizing high-level programming languages such asASP .Net,
    SQL, C#,
    HANA,
    SAP SuccessFactors.
    Certifications in industry practices likeITIL, BPM,etc.
    Degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Working relationships (daily) withEY ITSD, AE, and AMS Lead, TCS AMS team, GIS Liaison.
    Experience inSupport, implementation and integration in SuccessFactor


    Desired:
    Certifications in
    SAP SuccessFactors.
    Experience in
    SAP SuccessFactors Certifications, particularly in Learning, Core HR, Performance Management Configuration.

    Languages
    Advanced Oral English.
    Native Spanish.
