Job Description:


We are looking for a bright and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist/ Senior to help with creating, managing, and optimizing paid-social media campaigns on various countries and projects.

You are an expert on performance digital marketing on activities ranging from concept to implementation.


This is a new role, reporting to the Panel Acquisition Specialist Sample Manager and collaborating across different departments and functions.


  • Creating multichannel digital marketing plans for assigned countries and projects, only for paidsocial traffic (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and others).
  • Managing budgets for assigned projects, driving optimisation to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Project managing all campaign activity and processes required to meet project requirements, including setting up, testing, tracking, attribution and monitoring.
  • Scale the number of ad concepts based on performance.
  • Develop and maintain daytoday relationships with internal teams.
  • Collect, report and analyse data, identify trends and insights.
  • Identify and test new channels.
  • Create banners/videos using Canva.

Qualifications:


  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • 13 years' experience of managing paid social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
  • Experience creating and testing multiple ad sets, targeting different audiences and countries.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of online advertising including conversion optimization.
  • Highly numerical, analytical and comfortable with reporting based on raw data in Excel.
  • Canva or any other graphic design platform experience.
  • Skills: taking ownership, selfdriven and proactive attitude, prioritising, time management, critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
