Responsibilities:

The agent is will answer inbound and outbound calls from customers who are subscribed to different newspapers around the U.S.
Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions and needs accurately.
Attempt to collect past due amounts.
Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.

Job Requirements:

Call center experience.
Must have a good work history and positive attendance.
Fluent English.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Typing Level 25 WPM (words per minute)
Ability to multitask.

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission

Salary:
$4,000 Unlimited Commissions.

Salary:
From $4,000.00 per week
