    YOUR ROLE

    The Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team is searching for a Quality Assurance Fixture (QAF) to join us in ensuring the achievement of all project quality goals, overseeing launch timelines & deliverables, and facilitating the transition to high-quality volume production.

    • Support Vehicle Compliance Leads in generating Paper Cars for QAF milestones
    • Create Measurement Paths/Roadmaps for vehicle programs based on milestone date readiness and utilize them to construct Carpet Charts
    • Assist the Equipped Body Launch Team with Carpet Charts and potentially lead the activity
    • Aid the Equipped Body Launch Team in Excel Workbook automation
    • Manage Customer Audit (SCA) data correlation and management
    • Develop templates for various data tracking tools
    • Support the creation of essential documentation items such as training templates
    • Enhance quality convergence through QAF support, including vehicle part installations, engineering build objective measurements, and part gathering/part level validation

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Proficiency in English (B2, C1, C2)
    • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • 1-4 years of experience in automotive fields like Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, or Product Quality
    • Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
    • Knowledge of statistical data analysis and metrology principles, as well as Root Cause Analysis methods
