Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
Experience of relevant software such as Figma, AdobeXD, Sketch, and Illustrator
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, Website Designer, or similar role.


Duties:

Work with product managers and engineers to evaluate user requirements.

Design user interface elements that improve overall user experience.

Develop prototypes that demonstrate how your design will function.

Communicate design specifications for engineers to implement

Constant agile approach to design process to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Identify and fix existing UX problems across our website.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Iterate and rethink designs based on feedback and results of testing

Oversee and implement design system
