You will be working in a global Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) IT team and collaborating with colleagues and business stakeholders across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, testing, and supporting our digital solutions to ensure that they provide a consistent user experience, resulting in improved efficiency for our business operations.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and updates on new technologies and architectures that pertain to our team and the direction of the business.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Acting as a consultant for our business to ensure that they benefit the most from our services.
Providing secondlevel support to our IT support organization.
Planning and evaluating existing procurement IT solutions and feature sets to ensure maximized added value.
Participating in development projects by assessing requirements, reviewing and presenting product capabilities, best practices, and proposals during project planning, implementation, and support phases.

Background & Skills:

Solid experience in IT design, with a minimum of 10 years of experience working within procurement processes and vendor master data.
Prior experience in implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of procurement IT solutions is necessary.
Knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management are mandatory.
Familiarity with the financial administration aspect of the procurement processes is desired.
The ability to create, review, and approve functional designs and documentation is desirable.
Experience with ServiceNow is desirable.
Knowledge and experience in IT architecture and system integration is desirable.
Automation experience is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a prerequisite for this role.
