Knowledge:

Wireless and optical telecommunications.
Management verifiable basic instrumentation (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, LCR, etc.) and advanced (signal analyzer, JTAG, wavemeter, DSA, Ersa, etc.)
Communication protocols and other standards (I2C, JTAG, SONET, OTN, PWM)
