About Our Client
A leading community association firm specializing in serving condominium and homeowner associations across the United States. They are committed to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each community association they work with receives the highest level of support and attention.
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for the following activities:
- Assist in coordinating and executing project-related tasks.
- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth project operations.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Monitor project timelines, identifying and reporting delays or issues to senior staff as needed.
- Support the preparation of project reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Review and interpret legal agreements related to subsidies and other financial arrangements with builders.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding operational matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support daily operational execution.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
- Regular Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX
- Daylight Saving: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).
- Previous experience in an administrative position or similar.
- Experience in HOA Management, Property Management, hospitality, or similar is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to meet deadlines, address time-sensitive issues, and manage workflow amid shifting priorities.
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times.
