General Description of the Role


This position is intended to support the field execution process of CCM activities, promotional calendars and perfect store activities in the Off Trade POS.

It is the key point of contact for all stakeholders internally and externally about the Off Trade execution.


Will have a key responsibility to enable efficient interface across Field Execution Team, Sales & CCM to drive the Plan execution.

This is not a coordinator role but support implementation of new processes and ways of working systems for the key stakeholders


Mission/Objectives
Responsible for supporting and monitoring the Field Execution and Off Trade Outlet Management:

  • POS Profiling & Segmentation registration
  • Perfect Store guidelines and KPIs.
  • Off Trade Pos Material management
  • Incentives Program.
  • Off Trade Field team support

Key Responsibilities and Activities

_Strategic Channel Management:
_


  • Routing Management: Identification, definition and implementation of tools that guarantee an efficient presence on the territory by the Merchandinser team, and monitoring the activation process of the sales points (Routing Management process)
  • Centralize the performance measurement of the OFF-Trade Execution (Perfect store, OOS, Pricing etc numerical, sellout, performance etc)
  • Monitoring of Perfect Store KPIs, based on provided guidelines, in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals in the Off Trade Channel.
  • Support the coordination of Merchandising Agencies for the operational support to the Field Force in the implementation of activation.

_Planning and Outlet Management :
_


  • Contribute with analysis and reporting to planning and developing the Channel Plan and Customer Plan

_Execution and Monitoring:
_


  • Centralize the performance measurement of the OFF-Trade Execution (Perfect store, OOS, Pricing etc numerical, sellout, performance etc)
  • Monitor the implementation of activities executed by the merchandiser team;
  • Create tools to accelerate the performance measurement;
  • Support other team members in relation to the processes of the area (Purchasing, Finance, Field Team and Planning Cycles);
  • The role is also responsible for managing and tracking budgets and support management in budget control and financial processes
  • Monitoring Off Trade POS MATERIAL
  • Ensures compliance to financial procedures and timelines, to execute the correct purchase order process, budget phasing forecasts.
  • Purchase order development and creation.
  • Logistics Management: in charge of the relationship with logistic providers for CCM visibility material, and monitoring of transportation flows efficiency

_Analytics:

  • Analyze KPI's and define actions or proposals based on data.
  • Ensure the team uses the most effective tools/databases, outlet execution tool, Trade engagement programs etc to provide a complete view on channel trends/execution status enabler for the planning cycle.

Experience Required

  • At lesast 4 years in data analyctis process & digital platforms focused in sales and marketing
  • Bachelor ́s degree in administration, marketing or similar
