Job Description:


Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Department, coordinate meetings based on the agenda "Monitoring of projects, administrative issues of Management in RBMX.

Coordinate events in other sites (reservations, transportation, among other activities).

Reporting of expenses for Management team and monitoring of procedures - maintenance of Management cars.


Control and monitoring of monthly rent payment, formats and RBMX lease contracts Control of budgets, expenses of RBMX sites and GR cost centers Monthly.

Control of projects with external supplier providing follow up on promissory notes to be applied.

Follow-up on the national furniture tender project and monitoring of furniture standards compliance in MX sites.

Responsible of department supplies purchase.


Qualifications:

Experience in administrative support function.
Customer service
Communication skills in all levels.
Organization skills.
English B2
