Responsibilities:

Responsible for meeting all production requirements and achieving them with the required levels of quality, efficiency, and time.
Responsible for keeping all personnel in your area working on the J.I.T.
Supervise the staff in charge of maintaining a good work environment and safety in it.
Keep the machinery and equipment assigned to their area in good condition.
Responsible for working according to the company's documentation system and getting people in charge to do it MOPS, QSTD, AMT, CHANGE-OVER.
Responsible for all staff to be properly trained and certified, both in the employee's own operation as well as in the subsequent operation. (one up, one down).
Control/Reduction of Scrap and PPM's.
Control and maintenance of Kanban, WIP, 5S's, JIT, SPC.
Develop a training plan for production coordinators, to ensure and maintain production development levels, quality and efficiency.
Make decisions in situations that do not have support from the immediate boss.
Followup in the solution of problems related to support departments.
Maintain an environment where discipline prevails

**Scope & Authority: Ensure compliance with established goals, making adjustments that involve guaranteeing production numbers, always taking care of quality, safety, and correct administration of resources.
