    Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Identificación de Habilidades Técnicas Requeridas: Evaluar y determinar las habilidades técnicas específicas necesarias para cada rol operativo, asegurando que estas estén alineadas con los estándares de ambientales, seguridad y calidad
  • Supervisión de Evaluaciones de Tareas Técnicas: Organizar y supervisar las evaluaciones periódicas del personal para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y de seguridad requeridos.
  • Desarrollo de Planes de Capacitación: Diseñar y actualizar los planes de evaluación de tareas técnicas, garantizando que cubran todas las necesidades identificadas y estén en constante mejora.
  • Coordinación con Otros Departamentos: Trabajar de cerca con los demás integrantes del área y clientes internos para asegurar una formación integral y coherente.
  • Reportes y Seguimiento: Generar reportes de evaluaciones y personal calificado, proporcionando retroalimentación y recomendaciones para mejorar.
  • Actualización Continua: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas, tecnologías y metodologías en el campo de la capacitación técnica
  • Calificaciones y Habilidades Requeridas:

  • Grado en Ingeniería, Educación Técnica, Administración de Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia previa en roles de capacitación técnica, preferiblemente en industria de gas natural y energía, estaciones de compresión, medición y regulación.
  • Habilidad para identificar y analizar necesidades de capacitación técnica.
  • Capacidad para diseñar e implementar programas de entrenamiento efectivos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    § Identification of Required Technical Skills: Evaluate and determine the specific technical skills needed for each operational role, ensuring that they are aligned with environmental, safety, and quality standards

    § Supervision of Technical Task Evaluations: Organize and supervise periodic evaluations of personnel to ensure compliance with required technical and safety standards.

    § Development of Training Plans: Design and update the evaluation plans of technical tasks, ensuring that they cover all identified needs and are constantly improving.

    § Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other members of the technical training area and internal clients to ensure comprehensive and coherent training.

    § Reports and Follow-up: Generate reports of evaluations and qualified personnel, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

    § Continuous development: Stay up-to-date on best practices, technologies, and methodologies in the field of technical training

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    § Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Human Resource Management, or related field.

    § Previous experience in technical training roles, preferably in the natural gas and power industry

    § Ability to identify and analyze technical training needs.

    § Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

    § Leadership and teamwork skills
