- Reportes y Seguimiento: Generar reportes de evaluaciones y personal calificado, proporcionando retroalimentación y recomendaciones para mejorar.
- Actualización Continua: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas, tecnologías y metodologías en el campo de la capacitación técnica
- Grado en Ingeniería, Educación Técnica, Administración de Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa en roles de capacitación técnica, preferiblemente en industria de gas natural y energía, estaciones de compresión, medición y regulación.
- Habilidad para identificar y analizar necesidades de capacitación técnica.
