What You'll Do

  • Be part of a fastpaced Global Operations team who relentlessly drive improvements to our internal sales tools & process, helping 35,000+ Sales professionals to sell and be efficient and effective, driving customer success. You will partner closely across Global Operations, and with Oracle internal IT and Oracle product development, to improve our sales tools and process for Oracle and our customers.

As a Senior Business Analyst, Global Sales Systems & Process, you will:

  • Be a trusted advisor with advanced knowledge of sales systems and processes
  • Partner with Global Process Owners and Functional Leads to define, document and validate use cases for our sales platform solutions
  • Work closely with the functional team across the project lifecycle, proactively creating and coordinating project deliverables
  • Collaborate with sales to understand their needs and manage enhancement requests
  • Develop and influence divisional partnerships to verify use cases, enhancements and proposals
  • Collaborate and influence across Global Sales Operations, Internal IT and Product development to validate sales solutions and provide product feedback
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product updates including, defining test scope & scenarios, writing and executing test scripts, coordinating UAT meetings and communications, coordinate and communicate UAT status and bug reports
  • Develop insightful metrics to influence business decisions

  • Excellent digital literacy including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experienced with Testing standards and process, including test execution
  • Goal orientated, with proven track record to keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive, "can do" attitude
  • Excellent English communication (Written and Verbal)

To stand out you will need

  • 34 years' experience in operations, business analyst, systems support, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience planning/coordinating others
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience of data visualization tools

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.


Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
