    Buscamos un Plant Controller experimentado para una empresa internacional del sector automotriz con sede en Coahuila, México.

    Requisitos

    • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carrera relacionada.
    • Conocimientos en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Costo y Control Interno.
    • Inglés avanzado (requisito indispensable).
    • Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Contralor o en áreas financieras.
    • Conocimiento de SAP.
    • Experiencia en NIFS, USGAAP y SOX.
    • Excelente manejo de sistemas contables y Excel.
    • Experiencia en el manejo y elaboración de presupuestos, activos fijos, Working Capital, costos, planeación financiera, cálculo de impuestos y contabilidad general.
    • Enfocado a resultados, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, proactivo, capacidad de análisis, toma de decisiones, planeación y organización.

    Responsabilidades

    • Coordinar, supervisar y apoyar las actividades de las Coordinaciones General de Finanzas y de Contabilidad General.
    • Análisis de información relacionada con estados financieros, presupuestos, indicadores, operaciones bancarias, órdenes de compra, activos fijos, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, inventarios, etc.
    • Supervisión y elaboración de proyecciones financieras.
    • Identificar, cambiar e implementar cambios a procesos existentes.
    • Políticas corporativas y leyes fiscales.
    • Controlar y administrar el manejo del efectivo de la empresa.
    • Administrar el área para llegar a cero accidentes mediante el cumplimiento de los procedimientos aplicables a su área, seguimiento a acciones bajo su responsabilidad.
    • Administrar el control de gastos efectuados por la compañía, asegurando su adecuado registro y buscando oportunidades de reducción de costo.
    • Asegurar el seguimiento de las políticas de control interno de la compañía.

    Ventajas

    • Sueldo: $80,000 a $100,000 + PSL.
    • Ubicación: Coahuila.
