Join Our Group of Experts We are looking for a Jr. Seismic Engineer to join our international team of specialists and work under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Your primary task in our team is to become an effective part of a highly professional team that provides consulting, project management, and detailed engineering services on numerous projects.

As a seismic engineer you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the implementation of seismic protection technologies and solutions related to the construction of new and existing structures, including bridges, buildings, industrial structures, power plants, etc.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and exciting projects around the world, with the appropriate level of support and guidance from Senior Specialists and Technical Advisors.

These development opportunities will prepare you to successfully assume project leadership responsibilities for projects in a senior role in due course.

On a day-to-day basis you will: Prepare plans, designs, calculations, and cost estimates related to seismic protection technologies Perform tasks on projects requiring a broad knowledge in the field of structural engineering and bridge engineering Prepare documents such as technical specifications along with preparing engineering reports and other technical documents Understand and implement applicable codes and regulations related to seismic protection technologies Conduct research in order to develop new designs and solutions for use in structural engineering projects Liaise with other professionals and departments to gather information for projects Supervise prototype and quality control testing, manufacturing and installation of seismic devices Conduct site inspections, and also perform other duties as required Your skills: Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, a Master's degree is a plus Actively participate in professional associations and be able and willing to learn Be familiar with structural analysis software and proficient with the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Have strong attention to detail along with good judgment and decision-making skills Strong planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work under pressure on multiple deadlines The ability and willingness to travel and to perform required fieldwork Have strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent relationship-building skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
