Currently we are looking for our next: HR Ops Analyst


Which is the main objective of this role?
The main purpose of this position is to make entries in the employee's payroll.

Payroll analysis, payments, discounts, advance payment scheduling, monthly closing analysis, variable sales compensation analysis and consolidation of commission payments for assets and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, global policies, generating value-added services and processes for the Organization.


Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Make payments and discounts inputs in HR systems (ADP)
  • Sheet process analysis and validation
  • Payment entry in HR systems
  • Ticket Enlace followup and resolution
  • SOX control
  • Generate the monthly validation documents
  • Create file for massive input upload
  • Validate RVV files for on and off

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Contability or related fields.
  • Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative processes
  • 80% fluent in Portuguese (verbal and written skills)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management
  • Analytical Skills
  • Action Oriented
  • Team player and highly collaborative
  • Untouchable integrity and ethics
  • Functional & Technical expertise to provide solutions
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
