Experience:
minimum in the preparation, review, and inspections of real estate valuation.
Advanced English.

Responsibilities:


  • Physical inspection of properties, measurements, photographic reports, etc.
  • Preparation, review, validation and integration of appraisal documentation.
  • Monthly reports.
  • SAX management.
  • Monitoring valuation units and/or services related to the appraisal.
  • Preparation and interpretation of architectural plans.
  • Support to other areas when required.
  • AutoCad and Excel proficiency.
  • Administrative activities.
