    Apply Digital Marketing Project Manager

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager in Digital Marketing environments.
    • Experience coordinating multiple teams and internal capabilities.
    • Practical knowledge and experience in Sales Force strategy and operations.
    • Applicable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (automation, analytics, process optimization).
    • Strong command of traditional and agile project management methodologies.
    • Proven ability to present to senior leadership and high-level stakeholders.
    • Advanced English (mandatory).
    • Strong Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector (preferred).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead Digital Marketing project management from planning through execution and closure.
    • Coordinate and orchestrate internal capabilities (back office): technology, data, analytics, agencies, and vendors.
    • Ensure proper execution of the Sales Force strategy by aligning digital initiatives with commercial objectives.
    • Manage tracking, control, and compliance of plans, timelines, deliverables, and budgets (without direct budget ownership).
    • Implement and monitor traditional and agile methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
    • Integrate Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes, analytics, automation, and decision-making.
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, proposing timely corrective actions.
    • Lead Change Management and Risk Management activities.
    • Prepare and present executive reports, progress updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Ensure alignment among Marketing, Sales, Technology, and key business teams.
