Your tasks

Lead and support the SW development teams on the SW Quality initiatives in the region; process improvement, quality reporting and transparency (SW KPIs) and structured problem resolution and root cause analysis.
Deep dive focus on quality of the work products and the adherence of the standard process; promoting the execution of tailoring guidelines and establishment of best practices from the organization.
Identify, plan, monitor and track the SW quality performance in the team.
Facilitate transparency of the SW quality status of the project with the organization.
Deploy the SW Organization support when needed; bring resources into action to ensure the continuous improvement capability in the teams.

Profile:

SW Technical background. SW Development cycle, SW Requirement Engineering, SW Architecture and SW Testing.
Experience on ASPICE or CMMI
Experience on Functional Safety and Cybersecurity
Technical Project Management experience
Agile development environment experience
Configuration and Change Management
Risk Management
Process and quality oriented mindset
Drive and initiative skills
Good Communication and negotiation skills
