General Sales Support Coordinator

Main Purpose

The Role of General Sales Support Coordinator is responsible to support the E2E process initiatives linked to SOCO (Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay) business teams, and main communication related to the sales performance of the business plans with different Sales Teams.

Lead the General Sales Support for SOCO agenda through guarantee the OLAs & SLAs established with the market.


Responsibilities:


  • Guarantee endtoend process is properly executed.
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working on process improvements and time optimizations.
  • Responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution of requisitionrelated issues.
  • Track and Report KPIs and SLAs related to E2E Initiatives and Postmortems
  • Guarantee the right communication with stakeholders for the Financial Administration.
  • Ensure endtoend process to identify, escalate resolve, and report customer problems.
  • Winning stakeholder trust by understanding the business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders
  • Participate in the continuous improvements meeting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales areas is a must
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a leader is required
  • Advance English is required
  • Strategic thinking and Results oriented
  • Talent Development, Peopleoriented
  • Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
