    We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to fill the role of Guest Experience Venue Manager. This position requires strong collaboration and communication abilities, as well as experience working in cross-functional environments.


    • Support On Location Management with delivery of the overall Hospitality Program at the assigned venue

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Analyze guest experience standards and align them with FIFA brand requirements across global audiences
    2. Manage selected Guest Experience vendors and all hired staff, ensuring high-level service delivery within designated scope parameters.
