    Se busca un Plant Controller en Mérida, Yucatán para una empresa internacional del sector automotriz.

    Requisitos

    • Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín.
    • Contador Público Certificado (deseable).
    • Inglés Avanzado (indispensable).
    • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Contabilidad Financiera, con al menos 3 años en manufactura, idealmente en entornos CNC o procesos de transformación industrial.
    • Experiencia en reporteo bajo NIFS y USGAAP.
    • Excel Avanzado.
    • Power BI (deseable).
    • Sólido entendimiento de contabilidad de costos industriales.
    • Ética profesional y enfoque en cumplimiento normativo.
    • Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
    • Proactivo, Enfocado a Resultados, Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.

    Responsabilidades

    1. Supervisar el ciclo contable completo, asegurando registros precisos, íntegros y oportunos conforme a NIF y US GAAP.
    2. Generar estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales con rapidez y exactitud.
    3. Implementar y mejorar controles internos en áreas clave: inventarios, costos estándar, órdenes de producción, scrap y eficiencia operativa.
    4. Validar la valuación correcta de inventarios (materia prima, producto en proceso y terminado) en sistemas ERP.
    5. Coordinar y auditar la contabilidad de costos de manufactura: absorción de costos, variaciones, mermas y productividad.
    6. Asegurar el cumplimiento fiscal en México y el reporte financiero alineado a entidades estadounidenses, si aplica.
    7. Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa IMMEX y el aprovechamiento de la certificación IVA/IEPS.
    8. Colaborar estrechamente con Producción, Ingeniería y Compras para alinear el control de costos y márgenes por producto/lote.
    9. Gestionar las auditorías internas y externas, atendiendo hallazgos de forma ética y profesional.
    10. Mantener actualizadas las políticas contables y procedimientos, garantizando su cumplimiento operativo.
    11. Preparar reportes financieros y operativos con análisis comparativos (real vs presupuesto, mes vs mes, etc.) y recomendaciones ejecutivas.
    12. Liderar y capacitar al equipo contable, fomentando la cultura de ética, cumplimiento y excelencia operativa.
