Responsibilities:

Define and own a process for current state for AHU programming ensuring a process maturity of 4.0 within the 1st year though continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Provide guidance, analyze and execute existing code to catch up on current software and systems.
Work crossfunctional team such as software and systems architects to implement software into production engineering product changes.
Lead the design and implementation of software solutions in a cloud environment as part of future process state.
Be a technology champion and effectively use new technologies to build cutting edge software products.
Documentation and maintenance of code over time.
Utilize Agile methodologies for product changes.
Mentor junior team members, dedicate high percentage or the day to day activities to develop process partners in order to create expertise within the local AHU team.
Fast response and troubleshoot/diagnose production issues.
Ensure strong commitment to meeting deliverables with a quality product.
Mentor and provide technical support as an internal consultant in the trialmanufacture of new products, software, follow up and resolve software issues
Manage production releases.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ Experience with parametric design and customized products.
Accretive communication with key members of the organization.
Goes above and beyond basic requirements to support their own team and others.
Demonstrate a strong leadership by the generation of a positive influence with other team members.
