What you will do

Collaborate with the real estate consultants team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
Quickly iterate over the existing and new features to find the perfect solution for the problem;
Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of our innovative real estate platform using TypeScript, , , and other relevant technologies;
Ensure the responsiveness and mobilefriendliness of the platform by implementing responsive design principles and mobilefirst development practices;
Work with all the kinds of UI elements around the maps to ensure the best possible user experience;
Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage codebase efficiently and collaborate with team members effectively;
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code to ensure the longterm success and stability of the platform;
Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve technical issues promptly;
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform and stay ahead of the competition;
Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the deployment process and ensure reliability;
Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledgesharing initiatives to foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.

Must haves

Proficient knowledge of TypeScript, , and ;
Strong experience with both frontend and backend development;
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript;
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst development;
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL;
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git;
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, );
Knowledge of serverside languages such as , Python, or Java;
Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB);
Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform);
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Mocha);
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends;
