    Purpose
    Document Control Leader of a project act as the primary interface between project staff and the client for any document control issues. Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded, managed and issued through the Electronic Document Management System. It is imperative that each project has an accurate database that contains every revision of all documents/drawings issued on a project and that captures all metadata necessary for each record, including all documents issued to each company during the life of the project. project.

    Responsibilities
    The candidate will assume responsibility for the control, monitoring and expediting of the management of project documents in the construction phase, such as RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals using the EDMS platform (Aconex), as well as the preparation of the review and feedback sessions. of Engineering and Supplier Documents on the Bluebeam platform in the CBI project at the Veracruz Site. You will also prepare records of project documents that show the status of updated document management processes.

    What will you bring?

    Mandatory Requirements

  • +8 years of experience in Document Control
  • Experience in the mining sector.
  • Intermediate English (B2)
  • Knowledge in the use of typical office software, use of document management systems at the user level (Project Wise, Share Point, etc.), as well as other platforms for file transfer.
  • Advanced uso of Aconex.
  • Asset

  • Knowledge of user-level management of Databases and Power BI is desirable.
  • Education

  • University Degree in Engineering related to construction, with basic knowledge of both design and construction
  • Location: Ciudad de México, México.
