Security and Compliance:

• Implementing security best practices and access controls.
• Managing user authentication and authorization.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Backing up and recovering data.

Support and Training:

• Providing support to users and answering questions about Jira Cloud.
• Creating and delivering training materials.
• Staying up-to-date on new features and best practices.

Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitoring system performance and resource usage.
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues.
• Optimizing workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyzing data and reporting on project progress.

Required education, certifications and experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience

Additional Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with Jira Cloud administration and configuration.
• Experience in procces Devops, has been hands-on with the migration from on prem to Jira Cloud.
• They Must be able to implement multiple CICD pipelines in a single instance
• Familiarity with cloud computing and security concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional factors (optional):

• Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) - Jira Administration for Cloud certification.
