Position Summary
Level: Analyst
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.
Work you'll do:
Leverage proficiency in adjacent technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes. Proactively identify and communicate issues or risks to team leads, and complete assigned technology learning on schedule. Quickly adapt to project-specific tools and gain understanding of client business processes or industry fundamentals. Support process improvements, automation, and innovation while maintaining up-to-date project documentation. Contribute to tracking delivery metrics and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on processes and technology trends. Participate in team building, defect management, and compliance activities. Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and actively engage in ideation and development of tools, accelerators, and innovative solutions.

You will play a key role in developing verticalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client's sector, transforming how organizations sell products, deliver services, drive growth, and sustain mission-critical operations. By leveraging your business expertise and advanced technology, you will help ensure every solution is seamlessly integrated with Industry Advantage and aligned with sector-specific requirements. With your focus on innovation and measurable value, you will empower clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace by addressing core business challenges and opportunities across industries.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Epic.
• Understand US healthcare workflows.
• Experienced in performing configuration changes and system builds in EHR (Electronic Health Record) platforms.
• Experience in s- Agile, waterfall and related tools.
• Ability to perform estimation of work products.
• Ability to understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirements.
• Perform problem management activities such as Root cause analysis of incidents.
• Excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries.
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
• Certification: Certified in any Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle or Technical (e.g., Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Optime, ASAP/Orders, Resolute PB/HB, Grand Central, etc.)
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• Excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc.
• Ability to follow engagement specific project delivery processes.
• Proactive drive on improvement and innovation ideas
• Advanced certifications in US Healthcare
Education:
• BHA/MHA/BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
• Queretaro, Guadalajara, Monterrey
Shift Timings:
• Rotational shift as per business requirements
