What your background should look like:


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Manufacturing process and continuous improvement skills is a plus.
  • Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- +3 years of experience


Qualifications:


  • Experience with interconnect design or experience with sensor similar to position, LVDT, TEMP, Cable actuator sensor design.
  • Experience working with sensor related to Voltage, Encoder, Can Bus, Can Open & different electrical connection.
  • Experience in working with programable PCBA & making PCB Board with Surface Welding
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert in Electronic components (TTL, CMOS, SMT, OPAM Signal)
  • Keysight Technologies tool
  • A solid understanding of electrostatic and electrical circuit behavior
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem
  • Six Sigma methodologies or other strong data analytics background a Plus
  • Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly is a Plus
  • Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently.
- knowledge on PLC's such Siemens, OMROM (knowledge of other PLCs will be an advantage).

  • Experience in programming and developing solutions with various automation control devices using industrial network protocols
  • Experience in installation and programming of PLCs and digital automation control technologies in machines and production lines.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.

Responsibilities:


  • Subject matter expert in sensor design, simulation, and validation activities through product development cycles.
  • Performing sensor perfomance simulations for sensor families on each product. This includes determining the correct simulation methodology and setup to use, as well as a good understanding of the criteria for each interface.
  • Performing PCB design schematic and layout reviews.
  • Creating actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and simulation results.
  • Guiding sensor design and component qualifications from a sensor performance stand point.
  • Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.
  • Development a new process sensor of the client necessity
  • Creation a new Test Machine to Sustaining team.
Required Travel: 10% - 25%
