Consultor IT - Proyectos SAP SD


Collaborate in the SD DSD Enterprise Solutions lifecycle for LatAm, including the requirement gathering & fulfillment, continuous improvement and service stability, based on the agreed SLAs Key areas of responsibility are focused on SAP Trade Promotion Management, plus all the integration with the different components of the ecosystems to enable this solution using standard capabilities and services, or deploying new ones based on business requirements and aligned architecture strategy.

As The Sr.

Analyst,LATAM SD Sr Analyst your scope will consist of:


  • Support and operate continuous delivery, deployment, monitoring and improvement capabilities
  • Guarantee solutions with high level of quality and security, focused on minimum to non impact on production
  • Support transition and adherence to LATAM Operating Model.
  • Ensure that the vendor performs the following activities according to the defined objectives: o Follow up on the prevention program for critical incidents o Meet the SLA for respond and resolve incident o Ensure the service request are resolved o Meet that the vendor do monitor activities o Ensure the system health's checks during the TCOs o Ensure that changes are made with quality according to the functional requirements and according to the defined plans
  • Working with business users and IT partners to identify and propose solutions to be implemented
  • Ability to prioritize team's work with limited supervision
  • Define preventive alerts or monitors in order to reduce incidents
  • Verifies that IT controls are followed, suggests IT controls enhancements

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

Bachelor's degree required


Experience:

1+ years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in SAP DSD SD 1+ years of related IT business work experience, with the ability to collaborate in team activities and multicultural experiences (preferable but not required)


Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools & processes and production support experience.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
  • Solves highly complex problems within their work team
