Descripción

Organize and lead the activities related to the assurance of the process to obtain the required quality of the product and fulfillment of the productivity objectives in the assembly area, rigorously following the SPW methodology for the elimination of waste in the process.

Strategic
a. Coordinates the activities necessary to ensure compliance with quality and productivity, in its control area, punctually and rigorously following the SPW methodology
b.

Responsible for monitoring and solving the defects found in the different internal audits (SCA, DVX, PQG, 3MIS) and external (Corporatives, ME, ISO, etc.)


c.

Responsible for the creation, administration and modification of the tools used in the execution of the operation, such as the TiCON and the Process Sheets in the Team Center, as well as the implementation of OPL, SOP, VSOP, etc.

Operational
a. Create improvement projects that are related to Transformation Cost, and that also impact quality and productivity, through the Kaizen methodology, achieving substantial savings through the elimination of any of the shop losses
b. Audit process compliance through CX domain tools and follow up of quality best practices implementation
c. Lead and coordinate changes and new launches in the product and process, in conjunction with the different areas of plant engineering

Resource Management
Work with production supervisors and Team Leaders in order to find root causes of quality issues and countermeasures implementation
Establish strategies for process continuous improvement.
Set meetings with all departments to establish common quality and productivity objectives
Responsible for the communication of relevant points and review of daily quality results
Develop a team in technical and SPW knowledge to ensure compliance with the Customer Experience Domain requirements.

  • Profile: Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Quality & Validation Engineer.
