Requirements:


  • 1+ year as Help Desk
  • English advanced knowledge
  • Knowledge in Software and Hardware
  • Availability to provide service 24/
  • Experience in technical support by chat and telephone
  • Knowledge of ticket tools like Service Now or similar

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide remotly support on software and hardware
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for a variety of technology.
  • Manage workload via ticketing software.
  • Communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
