Welding Manufacturing Tech
Responsibilities:
- The MET Weld should be responsable of maintain the equipments working properly performing the TPM for the welding equipment.
- MET Weld should be collaborate with the ME Weld for support any technical assitance requires at the welding line.
- MET Weld should be responsible for support the set up of equipments and production lines.
- Production support & process development.
Requirements:
- Technical Degree in Welding, Electromechanical, Automation, Machines & Tools. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate experience.
- 3 + years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Must have the ability to develop and perform TPM.
- Experience with hydraulic systems.
- Experience with pneumatic systems.
- Experience with electromechanical systems.
- Experience in GMAW
- Basic Level
- Experience with automation equipment.
- Experience implementing lean practices.
Optional Requirements:
- Root cause analysis for manufacturing and welding issues.
- Experience working with automatic and/or robotic equipment.
- Demonstrated team player and team leader qualities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience providing manufacturing solutions in a production environment.
- Speak English
- Basic level.
- Familiarity with industrial controls, PLC's and factory automation.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks is desirable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or DraftSight is desirable.
- Experience using fixtures.
