Third Party Metrics and Data Management Analyst will work together with the Business and Function Heads, and will be supported by Business Activity Owners, Third Party Officers, Enterprise Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Compliance and In Business Control Officers for creating and providing valuable data to manage third parties across Grupo Financiero Banamex.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish Citi policies and standards on supplier management requirements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws across the enterprise
  • Lead development and maintenance of all supplier risk mitigation systems, tools, and frameworks required to implement applicable Citi policies and standards as well as develop and oversee supplier risk mitigation programs
  • Lead applicable oversight and supplier risk governance models required to meet Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) regulations as well as risk mitigation initiatives including senior management inquiries and the impact of business mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Lead supplier risk management programs and related practices, policies, and regulations
  • Serve as liaison for client inquiries and requests received from business segments in the various regions and countries across the globe
  • Determine issues, risks, scope, schedule, and communications and ensure changes to scope and critical issues/risks are communicated/escalated as well as provide status reports to manager, team, and other stakeholders
  • Implement and enhance KRIs for all new existing relationships in GFB
  • Develop dashboards for Third Party Officers, Business Activity Owners
  • Create end to end process performance indicators to be used for third party management.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data is delivered for problem management and problemsolving purposes
  • Create business intelligence and data analytics solutions for advanced risk treatment
  • Develop reports to be periodically escalated to the appropriate Local and Global Governance Committee(s) on the effectiveness of the Local Program and Citibanamex overall TPM compliance status
  • Create tools for effective risk management process for External and Internal Third-Party Relationships according to the thirdparty relationship lifecycle requirements under the Third-Party Management Policy and Standards Policy.
  • Deliver complete and timely MIS for third party relationships as set forth in the Standards.

Qualifications:


  • 610 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in regulatory compliance in technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls
  • Knowledge of supplier or thirdparty risk impact in a financial services industry
  • Basic knowledge of other risk areas with a focus on supplier
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
  • Ability to draft detailed operating procedures, training materials, and tools
  • Excellent communication skills verbal & written
  • BI and data analysis knowledge required
  • R, Python (Anaconda, Jupyter), Pyspark is a plus

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Relevant Training and Certifications is a plus (Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Quality, Service Management, Risk & Control and similar)
