As a
Indirect Buyer you will be in charge of providing your experience and understanding of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement of indirect goods and services and work directly with the Operational Procurement Manager to support the local site to source indirect materials and services support new indirect program introductions, evaluate the supply base, and implement strategic initiatives that deliver value to SRG Global through cost savings, process improvements, supplier innovation, and supplier management, to help gain competitive advantages and meet customer needs.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

Administer strategic sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services for SRG Global.
Evaluate and improve sourcing activities, analyzing current suppliers and cost.
Execute market analysis to investigate market behaviors, trends and influences on the operations requirement.
Identify the best contract approach, pricing model, and timeline.
Lead RFI's, RFP's, RFQs, supplier/source selection, negotiation and awarding best value You will implement procedures to continuously evaluate suppliers, costs and deliverability.
Lead postaward supplier management/administration, including SRM, continuous improvement / transformation /innovation as required.
Identify and support sitelevel and global procurement initiatives for cost savings, contract opportunities, supplier quality and risk mitigation of single sourced materials.
Participate and supports all manufacturing to influence sourcing to meet project timelines.
Performs routine spend analysis to understand indirect spend variance and find cost reduction opportunities via collaboration with Category Management.
Participate or lead crossfunctional initiatives to reduce cost and improve quality for internal and external customers.
Develop key supplier relationships to serve the site's needs.
Support the local projects in close collaboration with local teams and Global Procurement for supplier selection, negotiation, and contract implementation.
Support Global Procurement strategic initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with contracts developed locally or globally.
Provide frequent updates to stakeholders impacted by change to mitigate supply chain risk.
Prepare various reports for cost savings tracking supplier spend analysis and performance.

The Experience You Will Bring:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree on Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience on similar role
Demonstrated understanding and execution of the entire procurement cycle.
Experience working on contractual competencies to form strategies to construct and execute contractual activities utilizing various contracting types that are developed based on the need of the organization.
Automotive Industry experience.
Experience in purchases for indirect services, supplier management, etc.
English professional proficiency
