Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


PepsiCo has deployed the SAP/Ariba Procurement functionality to support the acquisition of indirects goods and services in PFNA, PBNA, LATAM, Europe, AMESA and APAC.

The tool is branded
myBUY, used by end users across 50+ countries and with a central team supporting the PR2PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) process.


Main Objective

  • The role has as main objective to maximize the benefits from myBUY and enable, maintain and manage resolution of issues for
    PFNA & PBNA

Purpose
Work with key stakeholders to maximize the main benefits that myBuy has for the company in terms of:

  • Visibility: Provide full visibility on spend, suppliers, services & goods to maximize the outcome of Procurement strategies and negotiations.
  • Process Enablement: Increase adoption and deploy process improvements of the myBUY tool.
  • Compliance: Guarantee all inscope purchases are aligned to the corporate policy and procedures.
  • Automation: Increase purchase automation options, implement new solutions, etc.

    PFNA & PBNA

Your Impact

As Global Procurement Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Reporting / Analytics / Spend Visibility

  • Supports the reporting of Metrics/KPIs/SLAs to local and global teams
  • Supports the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documents

Process Enablement

  • Increase myBUY user adoption e.g. users training, surveys and action plan execution
  • Follow up to system functionality and improvements implementation plan
  • Ensures process documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately.

Compliance

  • Ensure Compliance to myBUY and GP Indirect policies

Automation / System Upgrade

  • Support Global digitalization agenda for myBUY activities.
  • Support daytoday aspects of the myBUY initiatives
  • Minimizes risks on project e.g. contingency plan, monthly KPIs, project progress tracking.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately.
  • 10% Reporting / Analytics / Spend Visibility
  • 30% Process Enablement
  • 20% Compliance
  • 40% Automation / System Upgrade

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • BA/BS in Finance, Administration degree
  • 4 to 6 Years of experience required
  • Functional knowledge: Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as processes and tools, knowledge in Food & Beverage industry a plus
  • Experience in sourcing processes and technologies, with experience of implementing them in a global and regional environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results Oriented comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets
  • English essential, both verbal and in writing.
  • Comfortable working within matrix organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
