Responsibilities:

Process development of rubber vulcanization tools and assembly processes,

Participation in tool and assembly equipment regional and global meetings.

Creation of required documentation and working documents.

Project tracking of tooling / equipment through program management process.

Develop process maps for project quoting.

Support of series production regarding process related questions in order to reach quality and production targets - hands-on to resolve issues.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Training of employees (local, regional, global, if necessary).

Qualifications:

Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

3 years preferable with background in polymer and elastomer processing and / or automation technology processes.

Experience in the field of assembly processes, APQP process (PFMEA), manufacturing processes, etc.

Advance English.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Willingness to travel.
