How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Drive CM engagement with the Program through lowcost burn options with innovative and appealing communications.
  • Contribute to Program cost control through targeted communication strategy on highcost Cardmembers.
  • Work as thought partner to craft and design optimal user experiences based on customer feedback to enhance existing capabilities and build new ones.
  • Membership Rewards Program repositioning.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, Legal, Operation, Customer Service, Controllership and Compliance) to facilitate development and delivery of Loyalty strategies and marketing activities.
  • Postcampaign analysis of communication KPIs, inform the business and shape future marketing strategies.
  • Propose and guide crossfunctional experiments in marketing communication to increase Program awareness and active redeemers.
  • Responsible to deliver key financial strategies to make the best use of marketing budget.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related careers.

3-year proven experience at Marketing and Communications

Fluent English (written and oral)

Project Management skills

Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, etc)

Marketing expertise:
deep knowledge of the different consumer marketing elements

Outstanding analytical skills to understand data, transform it into clear business insights and deliver communication strategies.

Exceptional skills to present and communicate.

Knowledge and experience in the financial sector/Fintechs/Banks is a plus.

Partner Management:
ability to inspire, influence and work with partners and creative agencies.

Strong interpersonal/influence management skills with the ability to work across business units, executive levels and several internal teams.

Highly motivated, with a good sense of when to seek advice and when to act autonomously and independently.

Proven ability to deal with ever-changing environment and execute initiatives within scope and time.
