Position:

Import Analyst

Arrow Electronics is looking for an Import Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara This is an entry-level position that will handle day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the Transportation team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate Import/Export activities within transportation operations
Ensure compliance with Import/Export laws and regulations
Clearance process
Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely Customs
Daily reports on the operation
Transportation coordination

What We Are Looking For:

Typically requires 6 months to 1 year of work experience, preferably in an administrative/office setting
Bachelor's degree completed
Experience with transportation and/or import/export operations preferred
Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos)
IMMEX Operations
Data capture experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little or no guidance
