Descripción

Develop a software robot or an artificial intelligence tool designed to analyze information from various sources pertaining to failure modes. This tool should categorize identified failure modes and assess their severity.

As a Backend Software Engineer or Data Engineer, the candidate will design and manage sophisticated data infrastructures crucial for handling large-scale data streams. The role involves expertise in Vector Databases and scalable data processing technologies, such as Apache Kafka and Apache Spark, to ensure the robust operation of our classification system.

Key Responsibilities:

•Architect and implement Vector Databases into the existing system to enhance data handling capabilities.

•Ensure the infrastructure supports the seamless integration of data from various feedback channels.

•Collaborate with data scientists to align the infrastructure with the needs of machine learning models and data analysis pipelines.

Requirements

•More than 4 years of experience in backend development and data engineering.

Experience in Machine Learning & AI

•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex systems.

•Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•A robust and scalable data infrastructure that underpins the automated classification system.

•Seamless handling and integration of large-scale data streams from multiple feedback channels.

•A reliable backbone for both the rule-based and unsupervised learning components of the issue triage process.
