Job Description:

As an SAP BW Support Analyst you will be responsible of the following activities into the SAP system for several boxes:

Monitor of Process chains and data loads in real time.
Issues analysis
Ticket attendant and customer service support.
Creations of detailed reports for "hand over" everyday.
Propose new ways of automation.
Able to be the point of contact to coordinate between the teams in India and Mexico and be able to represent the work done by the Mexico team ( Monthly Status Reports, in case of pain points/escalations become the bridge to ensure the pain points are taken care of etc)

Qualifications:

Bachelors in computer systems or similar

Advanced English skills, conversational:

Availability to work on weekends**:
General SAP support
SAP BW (preferably worked on Maintenance & Support project)
Nice to Have
SAP HANA
ABAP
Ticket handling SMT
