    Job Purpose:


    Own the overall marketing execution in the country through cascading global brand messaging, and go-to-market strategy, applying these via localization to build leads funnel for the business.

    The person in this role will be responsible for driving readiness, lead execution and focus to drive digital transformation of the marketing function for the country.

    This role will be in charge of training, on-boarding and leading the ground specialist team to be aligned in the execution profession and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive consistent planning & execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to meet targeted business objectives and ROI.
    • Support the development of full funnel marketing plans across all brands in country.
    • Actively develops new processes and consistency that drives execution success for country.
    • Uphold corporate compliance in all marketing execution.
    • Responsible for the alignment of global corporate strategies and country implementation of marketing activities for achievement of business objectives
    • On-boarding and training of new specialists in alignment with corporate branding and corporate compliance requirements
    • Deliver against timelines, budgets and POE compliance requirements for the country team.
    • Spearhead internal engagements within sales, product, channels & business functional departments for country specific initiatives to accelerate collaboration & execution.
    • Accountable to measure the effectiveness of overall marketing programs and report the respective program's success via Marketing Campaign Management reports.
    • Solid understanding of digital social platforms to support digital transformation strategies

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent
    • Exposure to creativity & marketing events or related discipline with at least 5 years of direct and channel partner marketing experience in B2B technology company
    • 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
    • Experience across marketing disciplines and particularly in demand generation and leads creation.
    • Exposure to handling multi-channels matrix environment an added advantage.
    • Experience in operational and project management
    • Team management experience a requirement.
    • Proven skills in execution is required.
    • Demonstrate communication expertise with exceptional in both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
    • Meticulous towards details, reporting of marketing analysis.
    • Experience in similar IT field and in handling channels marketing/partners alliance/PR agencies would be added advantage.
    • Results driven and excellence in delivering consistency.
    • Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity.
    • Possess initiatives and self-driven.
    • An advocate for teamwork & excellence
    • Excellence in Planning & Communication skills
    • Ability to exhibit analytical skills.
    • Effectively bilingual in English and local native language
